We started off as a small family run removal business located in the North East of England, which has grown massively over the last 30 years. As a company using packaging materials on a day to day basis, we decided to extend our business into supplying this industry. We have a great knowledge of our broad range of products and strive to offer excellent quality materials to our business and consumer clients, with customer service standards to match.

“Product arrived on time and in good condition. Boxes are strong enough for our needs. We send stuff to central Russia and most boxes arrived damaged. These don't. They do seem to be pricey considering they are cardboard boxes, but if you want the security of knowing that your box isn't going to fall apart, then I recommend these.”

“I ordered boxes and tape for a house move on Sunday evening. Yodel made one attempt to deliver when I was not home on Tuesday afternoon and left a note saying it will be delivered the next day. I waited in on Wednesday and no delivery. I called on Thursday morning and was told the package was on the lorry and will be delivered that day. I waited in all day, no delivery. I called again Thursday evening and Friday morning and was assured that the package will be delivered. I cancelled an appointment on Friday so as not to miss the delivery but nothing! On Saturday I was forced to buy boxes from Argos and pack through the night. I never received my order although I paid for it. I would like my money refunded. Please let me know where to send my bank details for the refund. I will never order anything from your firm again and will not buy anything from a firm that uses Yodel for their deliveries.”
