We started off as a small family run removal business located in the North East of England, which has grown massively over the last 30 years. As a company using packaging materials on a day to day basis, we decided to extend our business into supplying this industry. We have a great knowledge of our broad range of products and strive to offer excellent quality materials to our business and consumer clients, with customer service standards to match.

“Can not fault the quality of the handle with care tape nor the foam rolls we have been purchasing. Service and price are excellent and I would highly recommend using Schott to anyone. Well worth a try :)”

On contacting Hayley at Schott, she swung into action and chased the missing part of the order with the courier, and it arrived safely the next day. She also arranged a partial refund to cover the missing and damaged boxes. Couldn’t ask for more, and such good customer service ensures repeat orders! Thank you”
