“We ordered a certain brand as advertised and received a substitute. Poor. The only reason I did not give them a 1 was that it arrived quickly and cleanly. Would not order from them again though.”

I can see from your order details that you have purchased the Low Noise Clear Packing Tape, unfortunately, there have been some supply issues with CelloFix branded tape, therefore, we have a substitute tape in the meantime which is very similar to the CelloFix brand. We have noted this in the item description for customers so that this is expected upon delivery.
