“Great service and delivery. Product just as advertised. I actually saw them on Amazon first and would have had to take out prime to get delivery, however went direct to their website and got delivery at the same time as I would have from Amazon prime.”

“Great boxes but the tape in the combo packs is a bit naff, and not enough. 2-3 bedroom box combo set for a 1.5 bed ground floor maisonette and had to buy 10 more big boxes”

“We. Ordered some bubble wrap as we were moving house. The first lot we ordered was good and was delivered promptly. As we had run out and needed more we ordered some more. However the second lot was awful. Poor quality not robust enough for the job. Very disappointed.”

“I've used Schott Packaging a few times when moving houses. The quality of the boxes & bubble wrap is excellent. And their customer service is beyond helpful. They managed to help me add to my existing order an item that I forgot, and it was shipped at the same time as the rest of my order – which arrived the very next day. Very happy with the customer service. However, the parcel tape quality is not great. True that I bought the cheapest option (I was not aware that there were different qualities of brown tape), but it should say 'not suitable for moving or heavy/large boxes' or something like that. It breaks as your pulling it and it doesn't stick. Apart from that, I would recommend this company and will continue to purchase boxes from them.”
