We started off as a small family run removal business located in the North East of England, which has grown massively over the last 30 years. As a company using packaging materials on a day to day basis, we decided to extend our business into supplying this industry. “Unfortunately part of my order was missing on delivery, and of the 10 packing boxes I had ordered, one was damaged and one was missing. On contacting Hayley at Schott, she swung into action and chased the missing part of the order with the courier, and it arrived safely the next day. She also arranged a partial refund to cover the missing and damaged boxes. Couldn’t ask for more, and such good customer service ensures repeat orders! Thank you”
