We started off as a small family run removal business located in the North East of England, which has grown massively over the last 30 years. As a company using packaging materials on a day to day basis, we decided to extend our business into supplying this industry. We have a great knowledge of our broad range of products and strive to offer excellent quality materials to our business and consumer clients, with customer service standards to match.

“Hi there. Was impressed by customer service but not some of the products. The bubble wrap was v poor quality abd the sticky packing tape not very sticky again poor quality.The boxes are great but didn't other products inferior. I complained by email ,needed to send photos and more info. Once received I was offered a complimentary extra roll of bubble wrap. ( still poor quality but appreciated the thought)”

“Second order was as good as the first. I've ordered bubble wrap and boxes from Shott Packaging after trying numerous other firms. The quality and length of the bubble wrap is vastly superior to their competitors (even though they're all supposed to be 100 meters) and the boxes are of great quality too. Ordering is easy and shipping is next day delivery - what's not to love.”
