We started off as a small family run removal business located in the North East of England, which has grown massively over the last 30 years. As a company using packaging materials on a day to day basis, we decided to extend our business into supplying this industry. “I understand that the COVID pandemic has made things difficult insll fields of supply but I can’t help but feel that delivery took longer than it should have done.”

“Well this is the second time I have ordered boxes from Schott. 1st order.....boxes were left outside with big hole in bag.......glueing was useless on over half of 50 boxes (I have to cut it open and re-glue in the correct position) 3 year gap between these orders! 2nd order.....mostly 3 sided boxes 😡.......glueing rubbish again. 17 of 25 order resent after they FORGOT about the rejected order ! I don't know what supplier they buy their boxes from but I would seriously kick them up the arse......(as I used to work for a packaging/box company) I WON'T be re-ordering next time unless they pull their finger out !!!”

“We have a mail order company and as a result get through a lot of bags. We saw that schott packaging were very competitively priced so decided to try them and test their mail bags. The mailbags were delivered within the promised time (I understand the delays caused by COVID19). However the quality of the bags is inferior to the other companies I have used in the past. They have a tough texture and break much more easily and as a result it will be difficult to order again. We order over 500,000 bags a year and it's a shame because the price was right.”

“Products arrived yesterday well packaged however the 4 boxes I purchased for dvd storage aren't the best as the lids don't actually lock securely in ace meaning soon as you pick up the boxes the lids come off. 1 of the lids is also broken/cracked on the side. A little disappointed. The large storage boxes I purchased however are good and what I expected.”

“Generally would have been a good package, however we were due to receive 10 metres of bubble wrap... this didn't happen. I have actually measured it out and there is 5.5 metres untidly rolled up and crammed in the package. Not best pleased I must say!”
