While I was really impressed with the quality of the products, the shorts were true to size but found the polo shirt extremely small unfortunately so will have to be returned

I love the items created by Schöffel but find the sizing to be too small even when I size up. Which is frustrating.

i love the fleece, love the colour and love the texture of the material however I find it so hard to get the zip to go up - it is in two parts, you have to hold the bottom one tight while trying to get the top one to go up. I even had my husband try it while i had it on but he couldn;t get it zippered either. I have perservered with it and can now get it up sometimes but it's not easy. want it for going in the plane to Lanzarote so didn't return it and just hope I can get it to work better with practice

Have been buying schoffel products for years now... has always been great but in the last 18 months... all the sizing seems different on the fleece products like the Oakham Gillet. Has all seemed to get smaller by at least 2 sizes from previous years.

I ordered everal products that were available in the store. After two days one item was kicked off the order - unavailable. When I asked to pace it on backorde, the backorder part was picked up but not the reservation for or the notification to me. That was a pity. The products that I did receive where excellent and I wear them with much pleasure. Will most definitely come bck.

It's the Schoffel sizing that I have a problem with. The style and quality of the products is excellent but the sizing and cut for the larger sizes, 16,18 + is not great. Sort that out and I'll be back!

The customer service was satisfactory. The quality of my gilet was poor, a small fit for a 54, and the material wasn't that good and not good value for money. I needed to return my item due too the small fit, the process was good and straightforward.

Had multiple issues with my order, Anna was really helpful and did her best to sort it out - which she did in the end. It's a shame that there were so many issues though and would have expected more from Schoffel.

Not an enjoyable experience, DPD their chosen courier are appalling, stated that they couldnt find the property, it isnt a nrew build, only then here since 1860! Schoffel customer service isnt much better, 4 dayt redponse is. Ot acceptable , so in all honesty I wont be buying from them again, if its not in stock at my local shop, I'll go & purchase Harkilla, as dealing with this bunch is painful beyond words.è

Lovely down coat unfortunately Schoffel metal tag under hood fell off immediately. I was going away the next day so didn’t return coat.

When shipping products I’d recommend that you check they are in good condition first. Not complicated but saves a lot of trouble for everyone!

The gilet arrived very quickly but the box was both open and very damaged when it was delivered. Thankfully the gilet inside was wrapped in tissue and undamaged. Not what I was expecting for such an expensive gift for our son
