“Jacket very good quality as per other items that I have purchased from you. Fit the Wife perfect. Only issue was two weeks later it was £160 cheaper on the site. This will now probably make me purchase from another brand.”

“My husband opened the package containing his heavy cable sweater at my son’s home on Christmas morning. It was far too big when he tried it on later that day. In the meantime the polythene bag that contained the sweater had been thrown out and we could not find ir anywhere. Therefore I could not return it for a refund . I am left with a useless sweater at great expense £119 .”

“After my had wife put them on for the first time on Christmas Day holes appeared as you can see from the picture uploaded. It’s become a tradition to buy your Uber comfy quality socks at Christmas but unfortunately the quality is far from good this time.”

“Never had a fleece that produced so many bobbles. Have a good bobble remover - but the fleece must be getting thinner by the day, otherwise warm and well made.”
