“I would say 1 is generous! I am shocked to get a review request on Christmas Day yet no one is available to take my calls all weekend! I still haven’t even received my order, which was a Christmas present. The link you sent me to track the parcel - DPD have no recollection of my order even existing, which has been concerning me greatly! Quite frankly, if I ever get it, I will probably already have been to a stockist myself and bought them already! Which I would have done before Christmas, if there was time, to save paying for next day delivery which was available on your site....very disappointed!”

I am sorry for any inconvenience caused, unfortunately orders placed after midday on Wednesday 20th December will not be guaranteed for delivery before Christmas.
