“The item is totally the wrong sized ordered a 18 it was more like a 14 .dissatisfied as it was a Christmas present and has to be returned, the quality of the garment was good but no good if you can't get it on !!!!”

“Sorry we sent the ptarmigan pro II back because it looked like my cheap farmers coat that i garden in! It was very plasticky and just seemed to lack the style of a £599 coat. The sizing was all wrong, we purchased a 42 and it was too small. The good news was that we sent it back and received a quick refund. On the strength of the size being wrong my husband ordered another style Schoffel shooting coat in a 44 from another company - it was vast. That coat was returned and a cheaper version was purchased in a size 42, that was a good fit ( it was however larger than the expensive coat in a size 42) what can i say...thank you for the prompt return of my money.”

“I have purchased clothing from Schoffel for many years, their service is excellent and the clothing very good quaility. However, on ordering this year for Christmas presents, it has come to light that everything we have ordered is too small. Having spoken to customer services about this, I am informed that Schoffel has indeed made its fleeces and gilets smaller in size. So, when ordering in future, previous customers need to know this and up the size by 1 to 2 sizes. Very annoying when everything ordered has to be returned.”
