“Having had excellent service from 2 Schoffel coats (one light and the other heavy) which I bought in Stuttgart 10 years ago I was delighted to find stocks in UK. Your office lady was very happy to help me understand XXL size! My new coat is wonderful, light and well tailored so I am very happy with it. Your service including next day delivery was brilliant.”

“Having purchased Schoffel items for a few years, these new tweed hats are typical of the quality and attention to detail that you get with this Company. Consistently excellent. Lightweight, well made and finished with care. Not cheap, but you know that you will have many years of service from them and they will always look smart and fit for purpose. I have no hesitation in recommending them. We work dogs in some of the worst weather and you just know that Schoffel gear won't let you down. “expensive postage and charged to send back wrong size (would charge again for delivery of correct size) no option to collect plus etc. Amazon would not do this nor would John Lewis etc wouldn't but from Schoffel again - premium clothing should be matched with a premium customer experience which this wasn't”

Hello Peter I am sorry that you were not happy with our service on this occasion. Our carriage charge is free on any orders over £150. Returns are at your own cost, unless your delivery was incorrect and in any way our fault, we can then offer a collection service free of charge. We also do not charge postage again to send an exchange back out to you. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused. If you do have any further queries please don't hesitate to contact us. “I bought the Schöffel Ketton Packaway Jacket 2 weeks ago. I have had it in 1 downpour while out with the dogs and I have had gale force winds for the past week. this jacket looks to thin to be good enough to hold all this weather out, but it is not! Best lightweight jacket i have ever bought!! I also have two Schöffel Berkeley 1/4 Zip and the combination of both have given me the warmest and driest jacket combination I have ever owned! if you are thinking about it. think no longer. you won't be disappointed!!”
