“Bought a fleece gilet for my husband for Christmas. I decided to purchase from Schoffel direct as I thought it would be nicely packaged etc as opposed to buying from shops as I have previously. It turned up in a collapsed cardboard box - all the circular seals had failed - it was basically open. Inside was the gilet - no paper no plastic cover - nothing - just the gilet unwrapped inside an open spoiled cardboard box. Amazingly the gilet in undamaged. So dissapointed in the service.”
