“I have had a problem with getting my purchase to my son - as a present - he lives a long way away and has also been engaged in business trips away, so it will be long past the 28 days for returns if necessary when I finally get it to him. Your firm has been wholly understanding about this and I am very grateful. Very good customer service. Best wishes, Monica Foster”

“Just a shame, I bought two coats the same size… one coat fitted and the other was too small. The reviews said everyone found the small coat too small but you don’t have a bigger size, otherwise I would have ordered that and have been very happy.”

“The person who took my order was absolutely brilliant! I don’t do online ordering usually, but she was very sympathetic to my fear of scams and doorstep thefts in the London area, that reassured me to carry on. Love the item I purchased, typical quality item from Schöffel”

“I purchased a Schöffel Lyndon gilet for my partner. Quality and cut is lovely and the on line service easy to use with fast delivery. My wife is approaching 6ft in height and the gilet is just long enough for her. However, for ladies over 6ft the gilet may be too short.”

“The customer service was satisfactory. The quality of my gilet was poor, a small fit for a 54, and the material wasn't that good and not good value for money. I needed to return my item due too the small fit, the process was good and straightforward.”
