“Product excellent as always but a miracle either order arrived. The first box was completely in bits and the second box all the sticky adhesive circles used to secure it were open. Better packaging please as these are clearly roughly handled by the courier.”

“Very dissatisfied that a parcel was left on view on a front door step, I poor weather, when a request had been made via the delivery system for the parcel to be put in a greenhouse.”
