“The product itself is beautiful as always. However so very dissatisfied with the delivery service after having it tracked to 5 minutes from the house before it cancelled the delivery twice and sending it back the the depot over an hour away from me. Eventually after my daughter's birthday had been and gone I managed to have it delivered to a pick up point. Tainted the experience of buying from you on this occasion.”

“I bought a voucher at a cost of £140 with a message to be sent to my wife on Christmas Day. No present, no message, no voucher Not only did the voucher not arrive until 2nd January two emails to your Customer Service Dept have been totally ignored. You call this service?? A huge disappointment.”
