“The coat looks good but only time and the weather will provide a proper assessment. The coat was bought as a gift and I found selecting the right size a bit of a lucky dip. A proper size guide relating sizes offered to established men's/women's sizes would have helped.”

“I love this hat, I have quite a large head and it fits relatively well. It looks great. As it is not washable and rather pricey, I would love there to be a removeable liner that was also adjustable to head size. Extra removeable liners is something I would definitely buy too - to prolong the life of the hat and make it more environmentally friendly - a great extra selling point too!”

“I recently purchased a replacement Lyndon fleece gilet for my wife and upon receipt we both noticed that the quality of the gilet has decreased significantly. We have been buying these gilets for many years now based on their quality only to find this has now changed. I hope this drop in quality is a mere 'blip' for the brand and products return to normal before I need to change another of these items.”

“The service of ordering, receiving, returning, replacing, reimbursing was excellent. The coat was top quality. Unfortunately the sizing was not realistic to UK. My wife who gets into size 16 coats couldn't squeeze into the size 20 ! Great shame as it was a surprise birthday gift and you can imagine her response - “lovely coat” & “not even a size 20” !!!!”

“Excellent customer service, once a response had been received (between 12 hours and 1 week, over several occasions). An efficient garment replacement process with free of charge return. Good quality garment. BUT, I do have to question Schoffel gilet sizing. I am a typical 14/16. I ordered a 16 and found it too narrow. This was exchanged for a size 18, which fits quite well. I recommend you order up a size in this particular style of garment for a fit which does not strain at the seams!!”

“Largely happy with my new top. The quality isn’t quite what I might have expected from Schoffel and there is a fundamental mistake not having a “neck guard” to prevent the zip chafing your neck when the zip is fully up.”

“The service was very good , however the purchased socks do not seem to be performing very well, being worn with either slipper or shoes they are now becoming threadbare and will be hooked very shortly , not the best Christmas present. I would quite like a response please Thankyou Paul”
