I paid for next day delivery just under a week ago and still haven't been issued with my delivery then was told that that would be refunded and still hasn't I feel that when you spend the high amount of money on your website that the service should be correct

I paid for next day delivery however, got it 2 days later only to find the jacket isn't true to size and is to small, therefore I will be returning the item, apparently to my expense! I ordered the same size jacket as the ones I already have.

I have had a look into this, and unfortunately as you order was placed on a Saturday, it would not be processed or sent out until the next working day, which was Monday. Your was then processed this day and sent out on a next day delivery for Tuesday. Please take a look on our delivery terms and conditions on the website for further information. In regards to sizing, sometimes our garments do get updated and the fit may change slightly, so please don't hesitate to call us if you ever need any advice on sizing. Ordered and received a size 40 Cottesmore fleece jacket. I have had over the years 7 Schoffel fleeces in this size but now the design has changed and generally it is too tight and the sleeves are way too long. It has now been returned. PLEASE bring back the old design.

Purchased uppingham coat at the end of November 2016 for shooting and picking up . The coat has already ripped. Not worth the money, unsuitable for purpose . Poor quality in comparison with other country coats.

Awful customer service.ordered 2 schoffel ptarmigan jackets for myself and colleague first wear in the wet they leaked on the elbows. Both elbows both arms ,I sent them back and schoffel.implied I had made puncture holes that's why they leaked.will not give me a refund or replace or anything.discussing.do not buy these faulty jackets

You continually keep sending me emails for Mrs Christine Saunders. I emailed you on Thurs pointing this out. I also received delivery text as well. This is clearly a breach of consumer data/ the data protection act, of which I strongly suggest your company takes a look at its management of such private information, and provides the staff with adequate training to operate the computer system.

Why do reputable dealers like Schoffel insist on using dishonest cowboys like DPD? Tracking says delivery attempted, no one there, card left. ALL completely untrue. Just so fed up with this nonsene.

Hello Sarah I have looked into your delivery and I am unsure why your parcel was delivered on the day it was supposed to. Please accept my apologies for this. Next day delivery did not occur. In fact next day delivery apparently meant "next 2 working days delivery". Dissatisfied.

Hello David Thank you for your review. Your order was placed after midday on Thursday 29th September, therefore your order would not be processed until the next working day and sent out on that day for delivery the next working day which in this case is today. I have yet to receive the goods which should have been here yesterday. Parcel force returned the parcel to their depot and I have only been able to contact an automated telephone line to rearrange delivery on Monday. I am not happy about this as I wanted the items for the weekend. I have received no explanation from parcel force as to why my goods were not delivered, no card etc. I received a text to say delivery would be between 13.35 and 14.35. It was delivery to a business address with staff present all day. Really not happy about this!! So you request for a review is very timely.

I bought a coat _it was a size too big. Not a problem - In fact a delight to discover I was thinner than I thought!! very easy returns procedure very helpful staff Looking forward to the exchange item coming.

Payed for next day delivery and did not receive the item, I was then told delivery was attempted but this was untrue as I was talking to somebody at my front door at the time the delivery was so say attempted!! I was then told I would be refunded and after looking at my statement a few days later a further £2 had been taken from my account with no sign of any refund. Very bad experience all round.
