“Returned an unworn £160 merino wool jumper as it was not suitable for my wife but never received acknowledgment- let alone a refund despite it being sent back via special delivery. Pretty poor in my opinion!”

“I was surprised that Schoffel could not offer me a gift option in the process of purchasing...i.e. a greeting and security about cost not being displayed to recipient. I did request this via email and they never got back to me to say whether they could or could not include a greeting and it is pretty standard for retailers to offer this as an option in the online purchasing process”

“Nothing is too much trouble for your staff. I've called to ask about sizing, stock, had problems with on line shopping and they've just sorted it, with a smile - I can tell! Delivery is quick.
