“Not nice with an excellent product betrayed by an unhelpful and untrustworthy retailer in my opinion. Bradshaw Taylor/SchoffelCountry aggressively intrudes into your life by using cookies with no option to refuse - contrary to the Information Commissioner's Rules. They acknowedged my email on this but no response, nor to a letter to their Data Controller. There was also a delivery issue with the courier not leaving the package next door as instructed but delivering the following day. The coat is great and exceeds my expectations but Schoffel must improve their distribution so customers can buy from a customer-focussed retailer.”

“Awful sizing, normally a 14 and an 18 was still to small. Retuned and refund issued with no problem but quality wasn’t as good as other products I have purchased so very disappointed.”
