“Delighted with my new navy Schöffel Mayfair coat - warmest coat I have ever had - beautifully made - love the brown leather edging which goes with my brown Dubarry Boots - lining is gorgeous - hood detaches from coat & fur trim which is useful- bought a size bigger than normal which is perfect. Will last for years & years. A great buy. Would never hesitate to buy any Schöffel products.”

“First ordered 5th January but did not arrive. Coat didn’t arrive, contacted Schoffel who arranged to send another one immediately. Over one week from then and still no coat. Would like to review but still nothing received.”

Dear Gillian Apologies we weren't aware your coat hadn't been recieved the second time. I have arranged for another to be sent with a different courier, please let us know if this hasn't arrived by Thursday. Regards Schoffel Customer Service

“Up to recently I have been very pleased with your products. I have just returned a Melton Fleece to you order number SC113988. I have written to you on your helpline. Nobody has written back to apologise for a poorly designed fleece. I am normally a size 10. I ordered a 12. The sleeve is so tight under the arm it was very uncomfortable and nothing I felt I wanted to wear.”
