“First purchase from Schoffel and easy and quick throughout the whole process even with a return for a larger size was quick to get the replacement back out and the communication during was excellent. Add that to the great product then you cant ask for more, will be buying more soon.”

“We have bought your products several times in the past and been extremely pleased with them. The last time I made a mistake and ordered the incorrect size. As soon as I realised what I had done I tried to cancel the order, but was unable to do so. This resulted in a delivery that had to be immediately returned.”

“Oakham Fleece Navy - Excellent - I can live in it :-) size down twice though. In a suit in a 38 chest, I sized down to a 34 and it’s perfect with extra room to grow if required.”

“I love this hat, I have quite a large head and it fits relatively well. It looks great. As it is not washable and rather pricey, I would love there to be a removeable liner that was also adjustable to head size. Extra removeable liners is something I would definitely buy too - to prolong the life of the hat and make it more environmentally friendly - a great extra selling point too!”

“I recently purchased a replacement Lyndon fleece gilet for my wife and upon receipt we both noticed that the quality of the gilet has decreased significantly. We have been buying these gilets for many years now based on their quality only to find this has now changed. I hope this drop in quality is a mere 'blip' for the brand and products return to normal before I need to change another of these items.”

“Nicely made in Europe rather than China so big plus point. Seams strong and finish very good, strong zips and the fit is right for me. Nice and long in the body so keeps the small of the back warm. So overall hard to fault. Reassuringly expensive.”
