“Delivery was excellent and I am very pleased with the quality and fit. I searched for Schoffel as I purchased a pair some months ago and was very impressed with them so decided I wanted a second pair in a different colour. I am very happy with both my purchases and what's more I see they come from Oakham so I am assuming they are made in the UK.”

“The waistcoat is lovely and warm. My only concern would be that one needs to go up one size as it is under-sized in my opinion. Also, the returns procedure needs to be made more obvious. I used the address label supplied and paid for the return. Delivery was prompt and the packaging good.”

“I ordered a tilton fleece for my other half for her birthday, it is fantastic quality as all schoffel purchases before have been. The only downside was the package arrived damaged, but that's down to the courier I guess not schoffel.”

“Never had a fleece that produced so many bobbles. Have a good bobble remover - but the fleece must be getting thinner by the day, otherwise warm and well made.”

“I have purchased clothing from Schoffel for many years, their service is excellent and the clothing very good quaility. However, on ordering this year for Christmas presents, it has come to light that everything we have ordered is too small. Having spoken to customer services about this, I am informed that Schoffel has indeed made its fleeces and gilets smaller in size. So, when ordering in future, previous customers need to know this and up the size by 1 to 2 sizes. Very annoying when everything ordered has to be returned.”
