“I brought a second gillet because my first one was looking a bit tatty I’m very disappointed with the quality I’ve worn it a handful of times and it’s gone all bobbly!!! Schoffell are meant to be a premium product and this is not.I certainly won’t be purchasing another one!!!”

“I made a purchase at 3pm on a Thursday and selected next day delivery at extra charge. There was no detail at this point on cut-off times. I assumed at latest I would receive the delivery on Saturday. I received an email on the Friday stating that the delivery would be on Monday. I rang customer services and was told that any order placed after 1pm on a Thursday won't be delivered until Monday as Saturday isn't a 'day' as far as they are concerned. I was told by a customer services advisor that I should have read the terms and conditions. I disagree. I feel this should be made clear at the point when the customer chooses a delivery option. I cancelled the order and am unlikely to order from Schoffel again.”

“I bought a voucher at a cost of £140 with a message to be sent to my wife on Christmas Day. No present, no message, no voucher Not only did the voucher not arrive until 2nd January two emails to your Customer Service Dept have been totally ignored. You call this service?? A huge disappointment.”

“This is the second Schoffel garment I have bought. The style and quality are excellent. This time I had a little difficulty with my online order (my fault) but a phone call to Schoffel resolved the difficulty quickly and courteously. Delivery was quick.”

“Ordered my husband a sleeveless jumper in 3xl from website. Following day received an email saying my payment had been refunded.....no explanation! Could not respond back to email!!!! Eventually after leaving phone message they got back to me saying out of stock! Poor stock level and customer service.”

“I absolutely love the products but the delivery service this time was completely pants and it puts me off from ordering online. I only ordered online for convenience and as it was a present and items come packaged in a lovely box, apart from waiting in on different occassions for the courier, with times and dates provided. This was costly to me and extremebly annoying that they didn't show up or read the delivery notes. And when it finally did show up, the box was completely crushed. Such a bad delivery service and so worn out by the whole process”

“Quite appalling delivery service - delivery promised on 5 seperate days and it still hasn't been delivered even though permission was given to leave on doorstep. Scoffel really need to review their delivery arrangements...!”

“Some days ago I tried to find an item on the Schoeffel.com store, but unfortunately the item was not available anymore. So I wrote a Mail to their customer service if they could help me out to find this item. Days later I finally got an answer and they basically said "help yourself" by contacting the stores by your own. I´m so disappointed, they didn´t even care about me. So even though I´m buying their products from many years this will definitely be the last time I bought a Schöffel product. There are so many more Outdoor Brands out there that at least care about their customers...I hope they can learn from that "bad" experience.”

“Alongside with the gilet I have purchased next day delivery on 24th May. I’ve phoned up customer service and I was told my order will be delivered the following Tuesday because the courier doesn’t do weekend deliveries. I went out to do my shopping on Saturday morning and when I came back I found “we’re sorry we missed you” card from the courier! Your customer service people let you down.”

“The sizing is wrong and the styles have changed to slimmer fit. Anybody who is 52” is unlikely to have a slim build. The 54” jacket was tighter than my 52” schoffel gilet and so was too small to wear. As 54” is the biggest size available i had no choice but to return it.”

“The trousers I bought in a size 16 are at least two sizes smaller than any of my other trousers. Really disappointed as I really liked them.”
