“I've had a Marlborough Fleece Jacket for around 9 months now and while it looks very smart, and it is incredibly comfortable, I do not feel that the quality has been as high as my previous Schoffel purchases. Despite only seeing light wear, the knitted/textured outer material is covered in bobbles and loose threads and looks, quite frankly, tatty. I'm very disappointed with this purchase as my other Schoffel fleeces have worn very well.”

“Ordered my husband a sleeveless jumper in 3xl from website. Following day received an email saying my payment had been refunded.....no explanation! Could not respond back to email!!!! Eventually after leaving phone message they got back to me saying out of stock! Poor stock level and customer service.”

“Returned a coat for replacement, as it’s too small, on the 5th December. It was signed for on the 6th. I rang to make sure that they had it and to ask when the replacement would be sent. I was told to expect an email on the 7th. Still waiting for news.”

“I absolutely love the products but the delivery service this time was completely pants and it puts me off from ordering online. I only ordered online for convenience and as it was a present and items come packaged in a lovely box, apart from waiting in on different occassions for the courier, with times and dates provided. This was costly to me and extremebly annoying that they didn't show up or read the delivery notes. And when it finally did show up, the box was completely crushed. Such a bad delivery service and so worn out by the whole process”
