“Excellent products and usually a delivery service to match however on my last order I was somewhat disappointed that on this occasion the product was not as described which had to returned at my cost and my e mail complaint despite being acknowledged was not answered so very bad service on this occasion !!”

“I was given a jacket as a present. Before it had been worn and while still in the original packaging I contacted you to ask if you would swap it for a larger size. You refused as I could not (obviously as it was a gift) produce a receipt. I therefore purchased the right size and kept the gifted jacket which is wearable over a shirt without a pullover! I have several garments from you. My rating relates to your after sale customer service not your product!”
