Hello Richard Thank you for your review. I am sorry that the size you ordered was not quite right. Our returns policy states that returns will be at the customers own cost, unless of course it was our fault in some way with delivery and we will organize a free return or refund the customers postage. I have received your return for an exchange and we will send out the size you requested once we get it back in stock. You have been emailed confirming this also. “I had to contact by phone and was treated with courteous efficiency. My order came very quickly but unfortunately had to be returned for a different size and colour. This proved to be very easy to do and the replacement was delivered by return. A very painless process altogether and my husband is delighted with his coat!”

“I have recently purchased a Berkeley polartec fleece as as I was seeking to replace my aging (and no longer fit for public consumption) Alpine Lowe Aleutian fleece. Something of a 200 weight, quarter zip and front pouch pockets. I had looked for some time in vain until I stumbled across the Schoffel Berkeley. I did hesitate for a while as it was a tad more expensive than I had wanted to spend. However now I have it there is no doubt about the quality of manufacture. Absolutely first class. The fit is good and the detail finishing excellent. I look forward to showing it off on it's first outing. If you can afford it there is no doubt that it is a quality piece of kit.”

“I've been buying the men's range for many years as gifts for the men in my family so I thought I'd buy a Burley fleece for myself. I was disappointed both in the fit and the quality. I bought a size 16 because I I wanted to be able to wear a sweater underneath if i needed to. However, because the fleece was very shaped it was very tight at the waist and hips and HUGE on the shoulders. I would have changed it for a size smaller but they were all out of stock. I was somewhat disappointed with the texture of the fabric as it wasn't as soft and comfortable as the men's range.”

“The service I received from Schoffel has been amazing. I ordered a ladies denim gilet on Monday evening at 19.23pm and I received my order on Wednesday at 14.29pm. I was kept fully informed at all times via e-mail and I was given a precise time and date of delivery by DPD. The gilet itself is of excellent quality and fits true to Schoffel size, although I do find Schoffel sizes to be much smaller than any other make. Packaging was excellent, the gilet was wrapped in tissue paper and enclosed in a rigid cardboard box. I highly recommend Schoffel products and thier delivery service.”
