“I paid for next day delivery however, got it 2 days later only to find the jacket isn't true to size and is to small, therefore I will be returning the item, apparently to my expense! I ordered the same size jacket as the ones I already have.”

Hello Ray Thank you for your review. I have had a look into this, and unfortunately as you order was placed on a Saturday, it would not be processed or sent out until the next working day, which was Monday. Your was then processed this day and sent out on a next day delivery for Tuesday. Please take a look on our delivery terms and conditions on the website for further information. In regards to sizing, sometimes our garments do get updated and the fit may change slightly, so please don't hesitate to call us if you ever need any advice on sizing. “My order arrived extremely promptly, sadly I am returning it because the colour, Fern, isn't good on me. I am now on an email waiting list to be alerted when you have a ruby jacket in stock - v. Frustrating.”

“When I called to place an order the item I wanted was out of stock but due in later on in the month. Your customer service lady (Emma) said she would email me when it was in. This she did, I placed an order and she emailed me back to say it had been received. I felt the service was personal to me, efficient and effective.”
