“I bought a Gillet for my daughter who was initially thrilled with it however it bobbled within a few weeks. . Despite using the tool to de-bobble and washing with jeans as advised the product has not improved which is disappointing and looks old.”

I can see that from your conversation with my colleague Amy, she advised that as this gilet was purchased via one of our retailers we would have to advise you reach out to them for any more information on this. We do advise using comb to maintain any bobbles which can occur and this will be required less the more times it is done. Thanks, Laura
