“Beautiful looking shirt but the sizing is all over the place. I ended up choosing a collar size too tight to button up so that the shirt didn't fit like a tent. Even then, the sleeves were far too long. The material is difficult to iron too. Not cheap either.”

“I was disappointed with my purchase as in the description, it stated it had a two way zip. It didn't and that was one of the reasons I ordered it. The fit was fine and I liked the colour so I decided to keep it as it was too much trouble to return it.”

“The quality and style were spot on. I ordered a size 20 and it would not go anywhere near me. I am not quite a 20 probably a tight 18 but this jacket came up really small.”

“I bought two sets of four pairs of socks. Sizing isn’t very accurate, 4-7 fits but makes the fabric stretch in the areas that will wear out more easily. Great colours, patterns and packaging. Easy to order, good communication on progress etc. Would buy from Schoffel but maybe not the socks.”

“Great products but when spending £300 plus I don’t expect to be charged delivery AND to be changed to return them. Didn’t order alternative size for this reason.”

“It’s a lovely shirt, but cut like a duvet - the collar fits but you could fit two of me in the body! Not what I’d call a tailored fit.”

“Great fast delivery/ return this time. Prefer an included return slip as i paid 8 pounds to return as printer not working so could not print free return slip. One size up 10 to 12 still does not fit. I only wear a b cup bra and the cut is flat over chest and pulls tight unless I hold my shoulders forward. Size 12 is too big for me in body and arm length but still pulls tight across chest? I bought a size 10 fleece which fits snugly. Hood is not generous enough and not enough length in the tie to make a sensible bow? Overall for the price its rather disappointing.”

“The cashmere scarf that I bought didn’t feel as soft as I know cashmere to be so was disappointed albeit kept it as it was a present and didn’t have time to buy alternative gift!”

“Sizing has changed meaning I had to return and send back and button came off pocket on first wear and then again after being sent back to be repaired. Quality might be compromised now the coat is made in China. Hope not!”

“I ordered a gilet size 22 from you, but was very disappointed to find it much too tight. I am normally a size 20 so I thought that I would be safe ordering a size up to allow for a heavier sweater. The quality of the gilet was excellent and I would have loved to have kept it, unfortunately I had to return it.”

“Excellent products and usually a delivery service to match however on my last order I was somewhat disappointed that on this occasion the product was not as described which had to returned at my cost and my e mail complaint despite being acknowledged was not answered so very bad service on this occasion !!”

“Delivery is quick, and delivery men are polite. Just a shame the gilet colours aren’t very easy to navigate online. Originally ordered the Lyndon Kingfisher gilet, which looks dark green online, but in person was a dark blue. That is the only downside I’ve found. Material used is good quality and I’m excited to wear it out!”

“I am absolutely obsessed with my gorgeous Tilton fleece. It is so comfortable and warm to wear. My rate for the clothing would have been a 5 star rating; However, I am bitterly disappointed with the customer service I was provided with regarding my delivery. Not what I expected from a well known brand such as this.”

“I was so excited to order a lovely Cobalt fleece. But I had to send it back. I am 5’3” and it was far to long. I am usually a size 16 so I ordered an 18. It was too tight. Could we please have a ladies shape ? So disappointed”
