“The corduroy slim fit jeans in size 8 are a perfect fit for me, something rare in my experience with jeans. The fabric and construction are superior, and the gorgeous fall colours I picked in espresso and deep forest green are just what I have been seeking for a long time. I also purchased two of your women's shirts in white, one with french cuffs which is also something I have long sought. The other, a Lily (sp?) cut white shirt is also unique. The materials and cut of these shirts means they will be an integral part of my wardrobe for years to come. Many, many thanks for providing such quality products that fit me perfectly.”

“Quick efficient dispatch from Schoffel ( even though a slight problem with DPD delivery times and their initial message that delivery will be at any time in the day - soon sorted when they gave specific time). Article is just what wanted - good quality and appearance as displayed in the glossy brochure. Well packed ...rather extravagantly for a fleece -but really can't say more until worn and washed. However after months of looking for a good winter fleece that looked stylish (nice leather trim, pockets and drawstring waist) I eventually found this one and although double what I expected to pay feel reasonably happy with it. Thank you.”

“Excellent customer service!! I had purchased a jacket some weeks before through another web supplier but later discovered a problem with the zip fastening which hadn’t been apparent on receipt. Rather than return to the original supplier (who no longer stocked the style) I contacted Schoffel direct by phone ; they were so helpful - if I returned the jacket with a description of the problem they would be happy to see what they could do about it. Less than a week later the jacket has been returned to me with the zip fault remedied! Such a refreshing change to experience a ‘can do ‘ attitude!”

“Ordered coat and did not receive conformation email. Phoned next day and they sent another. Coat said in stock at time of order and nothing said about it when I phoned. Then had this review email! Sent an email to say had not received yet?? Then get a email to say sorry but coat not in stock - try elsewhere. Not impressed Schoffel”

“I requested next delivery, which was confirmed in the email confirmation, but it is being delivered days later. Ordered Thurs 9 Nov, it is now only to be received late afternoon today, Monday 13 Nov. I ordered it intending to wear it on Saturday 10 Nov, I already own a number of Schoffel items and have ordered through other sites which get their delivery dates correct. This is poor on your behalf.”

Hello Andrew Thank you for your review. I am sorry that your item was delivered later than you expected. Unfortunately orders that require Next Day delivery need to be ordered before midday to guarantee to leave us the same day. They then will be dispatched the next working day. As your order was placed after this time, it was not processed until Friday, and was scheduled to be delivered the next working day which was Monday 13th.
