“I purchased a classic country shirt for the Princely sum of £69 and after the first wear during a shoot over Christmas found that the shirt had opened about an inch at the collar. Just bad luck I thought but the replacement from the lovely Karina at your returns department (it cost me a further £7 for special delivery) also when unpacked had a defective collar and a sewing run at the waist mid check not even at a place to hide. Poor quality shame on you Schoffel! As a Shoot Captain looking to replace my goretex shooting jacket I will not be looking Schoffel’s way.”
