“The product - Oakham gilets - is great. There was a problem over the wrong sizes being on the gilet and therefore I initially received the wrong size for one of the gilets. It was corrected by return post.”

“Parcel force is utterly useless. Gives no ETA and will not drop off at local Post Office as parcel too large! Size chart is pretty useless. It cost me £8+ to return a wrong sized one. No wonder Schoffel does not offer free return postage as they would be bankrupt! Best to go on the website of a retailer they supply. The gilet, when it FINALLY arrived, is superb.”

“I bought the fleece gilet and also have a berkeley. Both are the warmest fleece clothing that I have and will for sure be buying more in the future. The service I received was unmatched, the customer service was unmatched and the shipping was even better ordered Thursday night in the United States and got it Saturday morning.”
