“When ordering the girl was extremely pleasant and helpful. All details were taken quickly and efficiently as were any questions I asked. I was kept up to date with the status of the order which arrived very quickly. The order was packed really nicely and was exactly what I wanted. “Item had to be returned because it did not fit. Schoffel included a pre-printed return label with an unused adhesive strip on the packaging. Refund was made within 24 hours of return being posted - excellent service!”
