“Thank you for your email please send again when my parcel is received , I have just checked the parcel tracker as I thought it strange to ask for feed back before delivery and it says delivered and signed for on the 4th ! Had this been the case I would have given 5 star! But I am still waiting ! Please investigate for me and contact me on 07925260949. Thank you”

“Parcel was delivered promptly after ordering on line (5*). However I had ordered two navy hats and there was only one in the bag (hence my 3*). A phone call solved the problem and the second hat arrived the next day (back to 5*). Pity that parcels are not checked more carefully against the order before sealing and sending. The phone line operator herself was very pleasant and helpful in the event.”

“Service was very good and the Gilet that I bought is excellent quality and I really love the colour. The parcel arrived yesterday after a slight delivery problem the day before, the address was correct on the parcel, but the driver tried to deliver the parcel to another house.”
