“Nearly absolutely fabulous! Ordered on a Sunday evening and arrived the following Tuesday. Unfortunately, I had ordered the incorrect size so sent back on the Wednesday and replacement (which fitted perfectly) arrived on the Friday. I think the speed of service is extremely good. So why nearly - I didn't received an email confirming my order so was panicking on the Monday that I had not filled in the order correctly - obviously, didn't have to panic for long!”

“I placed my order on Friday for 24 hour delivery=- paying £5.95 for the privilege. Tofay is MONDAY AND i have received news that the items are being despatched for delivery on Tuesday- very poor for 24 hour delivery”

Hello Rosemary Thank you for your comments. I am sorry you are unhappy with our delivery terms. Unfortunately, your order was placed at 3:13pm on 20th January. This is after our cut off time for next day delivery which is 12pm. So your order would be processed the following working day. We also do not guarantee any deliveries at the weekend. “Find it slightly frustrating that I have to pay postage on exhange/return due to size. I have to buy online due to geographic and available time due to work. The jacket I ordered in a 40 was way too big, I am in the process of exchanging for a 36 which I hope will be ok otherwise I will be posting again. Exactly the same process for a pair of plus 2s I have ordered - I hope the 32 waist size will work first time Perhaps when spending over a certain amount the exchange/return could be free of charge??”

“Received a Schoffel coat for Xmas and was so impressed by the quality and design that a hat, gilet, fleece and cords soon followed! As per the coat, you will need deep pockets to purchase but the best costs, and so Schoffel is extremely good value without question!”
