“I ordered the denim fleece gilet in size 16, my usual size. Such a lovely garment, beautiful colour. However I found the sizing rather small and probably should have gone a size up.”

“Saw your catolouge in a shop but they did not stock the hat/cap I was looking for. Rang the landline number and to my pleased surprise I was able to speak to a very pleasant sales person. The bakerboy cap I was looking for was in the catalogue but not on the web page... soon rectified and I was able to purchase my new cap (my old cap was lost!!). Very pleased with colour and fit of new cap but my old cap had a warm fleece liner and new cap has a cold but water proof satin type liner. Will be looking for anew Schoffel coat at the Game Fair this summer...old one ...still going green Schoffel over 12 years old!! Thank you for your excellent service.”

“I can't write a review unfortunately as despite paying for next day delivery, I still have not received my cap. Wanted for the weekend, it was dispatched on Thursday, yet not even processed till late Friday.”

“I have yet to receive the goods which should have been here yesterday. Parcel force returned the parcel to their depot and I have only been able to contact an automated telephone line to rearrange delivery on Monday. I am not happy about this as I wanted the items for the weekend. I have received no explanation from parcel force as to why my goods were not delivered, no card etc. I received a text to say delivery would be between 13.35 and 14.35. It was delivery to a business address with staff present all day. Really not happy about this!! So you request for a review is very timely.”

“Ordered two separate fleeces, neither of which were satisfactory fit. Returned both together registered mail, but was only refunded the cost of one. When I queried this, upon investigation, they 'found' the second fleece, as they counted their stock. Said the returns forms were together! ( which I had already suggested they check). £1.00 discount for liking them on facebook was lost as they only refunded net amount.”

Hello William Thank you for your review. I am sorry that your orders were not refunded at the same time. I can assure you that the returns process is done thoroughly. As your returns are on two different order numbers, they are treated as two separate orders and could have just been delayed with a batch of returns received up to the offices on that day. I can assure you it would have been refunded to you. I have had a look into your returns and the full total of your order has been refunded. The facebook like cannot be refunded as this was not taken from you at the checkout stage as it was a discount for liking us on facebook. “As a long time fan of schoffel waistcoats, I lose count of the number we have in this house amoung the family members I am delighted that I am able to buy a size 6. Really fits us petit ladies who may have found the size 8 just a little long and over say a t-shirt a little large.”
