“I found the quality of the made in China jacket to be inferior to what I expected. I also had cause to phone customer service in order to request a change of size within 24hrs of placing the order. I found them less than responsive. Overall, I felt the Brand did not live up to the quality image I previously had for of Schoffel.”

“The product is lovely but customer service very poor , I emailed and was told someone would contact me within a couple of days , a week later still no response so I chased again still no response . Shame”

“Hubby is delighted with his new Ptarmigan Pro II - he's now remarked on countless occasions how light and comfortable it is. The pad insert for shooting is great too - doesn't get in the way and provides just that bit of added comfort. Warm enough, totally waterproof, well made and cut with seemingly durable fabric. Having done extensive research and tried many other brands this jacket really stands out. Totally worth the money - buy it - you won't regret it!”

“My daughter loves the fleece, but like everyone else says, the sizing is tiny. Usually she's a size 10, but having read the reviews, we went for a 14 - good choice, she certainly would not have wanted a smaller size.”

“I bought a little Oakham by mistake - I thought that looks awfully short !! To cut the story all large navy Oakhams were not in stock at the warehouse- I bought one 4 miles away from Bywell shoot ground - Perfect !!”
