“I bought 2 1/4 zip sweaters 1 lambs wool and 1 cotton and cashmere. I was very pleased with the quality and found that they fit very well, but ordered a size smaller than I usually have after reading the other reviews and they were a perfect fit. I did find that the cotton and cashmere felt softer but do like them both.”

“Product is very good. Very well made and high quality. The only poor thing is the packaging. A £60 cap stuffed into a plastic bag really spoils the customer experience. I'd rather pay more to have a nice bag and box to reflect the quality of the product.”

“Two years ago I purchased a ruby coloured full ladies fleece, that I have only worn for one half winter seasons, and only noticed the texture of the material was odd, rough and bobbly after seeing a friends very old gilet still looking perfect and velvety. I have always washed it as per instructions, so I haven't, over cooked it. So now feel the quality was poor and it has made me feel very disappointed having paid a premium price for what I thought was good quality.”

“Email voucher for nephews 21st. Would of been good if you could have qn actual voucher rather than a evoucher. A bit impersonal but suppose the future. Other than that good service and clear and concise.”
