“I bought the Mayfair downs coat in Taupe colour. The sizing is not great. I am a 10 but on reading other reviews about how small they come up, I bought a 12. This is also ‘snug’. Anything more than a t-shirt and a jumper underneath would make it impossible so do up the zip. I was tempted to send it back and buy a 14, but the sleeves would have been far too long. As it is on the size 12, the sleeves are still a little long but they do keep your wrists warm. It is a lovely coat, beautifully trimmed and I am wearing it right now in Austria in a -7 temperature and it is very warm. But a little more space in the body(an inch and a half) would have made it perfect.”

“Bought the Cottesmore fleece in dark olive for my husband's birthday. Sizing has changed since he'd bought his last one - we needed to go up from a 38" to 42" (he hasn't changed size!). Having bought it online, Schoffel replaced it quickly, but a note about sizing being on the small side would have helped. The quality is superb, but not sure about value for money...”
