“Wrong Colour sent on a Men's Gilet: Lincoln Green was ordered - bottle green arrived. Did not return to Schoffel, as would have had to pay for registered post to do so, so would have been £5 or so out of pocket. So just kept the wrong colour. Otherwise fine.”

Hello Andrew Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you have received the incorrect colour. If you still have the tags please can you let me know what the colour code is for the gilet? Or please send me images of the gilet so we can identify the colour you have been sent. “I placed the order on Sunday 3rd Jan paying extra for next day delivery hoping that it might arrive on Monday 4th Jan but realistically on Tuesday 5th Jan which it DIDNT! Which is a shame as I needed it for today! I live in hopes that it will arrive today! Your staff member wears very apologetic and said that the postage will be refunded . . . . I hope so!”

“This is the easiest site I have ever used with regard to shipping to the Channel Islands. The option to chose the Channel Islands is in the drop down and the VAT was deducted immediately and a reasonable shipping charge added. I wish all sites were like this.”

“Ordered a Mowbray Fleece last week, brilliant delivery, which was next day. Had to return to change size, as soon as they received it back another one was sent off. Again brilliant service as received next day,. Found the staff when I phoned so polite and helpful. Will certainly order from them again. The Fleece by the way which was for my husband was super, so we'll made and smart, should keep him really warm.”
