“First purchase - Cottesmore fleece - good quality product Second purchase - 3 shirts - 2 returned as body size out of proportion to collar size - maybe offer classic & contemporary option - no shirt size guide. Website poor in comparison - difficult to navigate on mobile or tablet. Lack of any meaningful promotions leave an impression of “ take it or leave it””

“recently purchased a cottesmore fleece for my husband who's previous size 38 had fitted him beautifully with elasticated sleeves. there is now the Cottesmore 11 which is a totally different fit and no elastic, the body too tight and sleeves too long . he tried the 40 but the sleeves even longer so sadly have had to return and am awaiting refund”

“Bought online & delivery was amazingly quick, beautifully packaged. Unfortunately the coat I purchased was unsuitable purely because the hood was enormous & when up it completely fell over my face even when i had tightened all cords etc. I would have kept the coat had the hood not been so large as it was a beautiful warm coat”

“It is quite hard to determine the appropriate size given it’s all numeric. I find small, medium etc would have made the purchase a lot easier! However, the product itself looked great and appeared to be of high quality!”
