“I have found the Schoffel staff extremely helpful, had to send one garment back as it was too big, and received refund promptly. Likewise ordered a replacement garment, excellent fast service. My view, Schoffel are great.”

“I had an issue with a product and the customer service team were amazing. I cannot recommend this brand and the people who work for them enough. I was in contact with a woman called Emma who provided the most helpful and responsive customer service I have ever experienced. Truly a top brand and helps that they create great country-wear!”

“I have many scoffel coats and waist coats. So I was a little disappointed when the waist coat I ordered (Same size as the one I have and live in!). Is about half an inch smaller all over compared to the one I have. Just thought I would make you aware.”
