“Got sent the wrong item. I ordered a Carolina Herrera Bad Boy eu de parfum and was sent an EU de toilette. I contacted customer services who were extremely helpful and put everything right. I'm now overall happy and would recommend this company. Thankyou”

“The bottle was cheap enough, but not suitable for gifting as had no cellaphine and box all scratched. Was disappointed as it was for a gift. I wouldn't give anyone a box in that mess.”
