“I purchased Jimmy Choo L'eau de toilette for my wife. Had looked around a few shops and online. Scentsational undercut everyone by 50% on 100ml. Was initially very sceptical because of the saving compared to others but the whole experience was fantastic. The sales interface was great and the delivery was on point. Will be coming back.”

“Have not had a problem in the past however this time order arrived with a message sprawled on the delivery note to say the perfume was out of stock (nothing else). I emailed to find out if it was coming back in stock or if I was getting my money back. 2 days later still hadn’t heard anything. Had to have a webchat with someone who said they couldn’t guarantee when/if it would be back in stock (even though at time of order it said it was in stock) and to choose another perfume with a value up to 20% more of original purchase. No issues after this but I thought it was poor service that involved me doing all the chasing for an issue that was scentsationals.”
