“Overall the supply of the woman's perfume ordered was ok. I initially ordered Cartier La Panthere Leger - 75mm eau de parfum spray on 12 May 2023, which was a present for my wife who's current product was coming to an end (used up). I received notification from you that the delivery of the parfum had been lost within your delivery carrier's possession. I advised that I still wanted the parfum as ordered. Delivery of the replacement parfum was received. However, my wife consequently noticed that what was delivered was Cartier La Panthere Eau de Parfum (and not the 'Legere' variant as ordered). Fortunately, my wife likes the 'non Legere' variant so no real problem. My daughter managed to obtain the 'Legere' variant from another source.”
