“I ordered 4 bottles of my favourite scent. The scent bottle and box look original but the scent smelt only of solvent. I was upset, but after communication with Richard from Scentsational he explained that one of the key ingredients of the perfume was now banned because it has been deemed dangerous. Although it staggers me that a perfume can be sold as the same perfume when it’s scent has been radically altered, Richard from Scentsational was very good at both communicating, organising the return and the refund. Thus 4X * Thank you Richard and Scentsational”

“Bought my hot brush at a reasonable price. The bonus is that it works well. I can fairly quickly curl my hair without it getting tangled or frizzy. the brush heats up quickly & does not burn my scalp. Works well on short hair. The brush was delivered on time without any fuss.”

“I ordered a Lancôme product, Rose Jelly Mask, the product arrived in about a week. I received email updates regarding order status throughout my process. It took about five days for the order to be packaged up and shipped out. (Patience, lol) Once I got the confirmation email that the items had shipped, they arrived in two days via Fed Ex. Although I live in the US, And the company is European based, the items arrived in great fashion and no damage to my products! The product is also legit if you’re worried about that. I’m thankful to have found this product through Scentsational because it’s discontinued and difficult to find. Very excited to continue using my fave mask thanks to Scentsational! Lindsay 🌞”
