“Bought for first time from Scentsational - mainly due to price point!!! Unfortunately an item was missing from order but I was Really impressed with the customer service - they responded to my email immediately and got the item sent out on a next day delivery - so received in time for Christmas! Will definitely use again!”

“Very impressed with the Kilian Discovery set and that it was reduced. Could not find this set anywhere and I had wanted it for a whilst, so was pleased it was in stock as everywhere else was sold out and to get it reduced was a bonus! Quality of the product was amazing. Thinking of buying the other Kilian discovery set as I was so pleased with the first one I got.”

“Excellent price and fantastic customer service. Following am initial delivery failure. Original order sent via Evri had not arrived after a week when delivery was estimated delivery of 3 to 4 days. After another day or 2 , Scentsational promptly dispatched a second order but via a different more reliable courier, DHL on a next day delivery. This promptly arrived as promised the next day on a Saturday. Superb customer service andgreat price for item I ordered. 10/10 Simon Very satisfied customer”
