“I bought Daisy on Black Friday and the price advertised with code would not work when I went on to the website. I raised the issue with Scentsational and have never heard anything back. The purchase did arrive as described and on time - the rating is for the misselling and lack of customer service.”

“i haven't receive my order (#335590) since 24.11.23, i wrote you to email "help@scentsational.com" several times and didn't get a response. i also wrote on your website and didn't get a response, and finally, i tried to call few times, every day, since 28.11.23 but you didn't answer the phone, i also left a message on the phone and didn't get a response... so, I'm very unpleased with your service and would like to get my money back !!!”
