“Item never arrived. Paid for express delivery and after chasing for my delivery 5 days after the order has been placed you have informed me that the item I have ordered is actually out of stock. Not recommended at a”

“I was a little disappointed as I thought I was buying the bottle of ester Lauder youth dew in the vintage bottle as in the advertised picture. Received on time. The picture used as below is not the bottle of perfume received. Which is why I made the purchase.”

“Really disappointed. I ordered three items and only one arrived. I waited the 14 days suggested in there delivery and then emailed to inform them of the mistake to be asked for a photo of the box. After 14 days I had thrown away the box but asked if they could not tell from the weight of the parcel sent or their stock levels. They now refuse to reply to me and I’m out of pocket and never got items. Really bad customer service! Really disappointed!”

“I received a fake bottle of perfume. The smell is awful and nothing like the original. I took photos of the bottles and the sprayer is clearly a fake as the original is black and solid and not the cheap transparent plastic on my bottle. It was a xmas present and I’m so upset!”

“I wouldn’t know as it was stolen outside my front door by somebody. Put full view in front of everyone. That was a Christmas present for my daughter. Please can you take it up with delivery company Evri. I have emailed and phoned and seller needs to do it”
