“I placed an online order for a 50ml bottle of perfume, as a present for my daughter who lives overseas.. Unfortunately a 30ml bottle was delivered by mistake. When I reported this to Scentsational's Customer Services I was promptly offered an exchange for the correct size or a discount on the 30ml bottle delivered by mistake. Thanks to the help provided by Customer Services (Richard) a solution was rapidly agreed and within a couple of working days the correct bottle was received by me and it is now on its way to my daughter in Greece.”
